Allied Pinnacle interview questions

It seemed to be a standard two interview process - once with the manager and then with the manager's manager. I went through both on Teams as I couldn't physically attend a site interview at that time. Then I was invited back for what was communicated as a meet and greet, but quickly became a third interview that I was not prepared for. I was then told the next day that they had gone with another candidate who could start immediately and had more experience. I felt that I had been put through an impromptu third interview for no reason, as it sounds like they already made up their minds.
