Three step interview process. Very eager to hire. High level talks of high profile clients and promises of a quick promotion “if” you succeed. Base pay extremely low. Degrading and unprofessional interview process. Was insulted and my credentials were discredited and then I was proceeded to be hung up on. Steer clear of this organization, they will screw you over and waste your time.

Interview
I applied for the marketing Associate position and was excited to get a second interview after going through the initial video interview. Was disappointed to hear during my in-person interview that they were not actually hiring me to become a marketing associate but instead what they call an “account executive”. This means you are in the field for the first few months of training where you promote other companies products to people shopping typically in grocery stores or other public areas. I just wanted to make this review for anyone who is applying to this job and doesn’t waste their time like I did.
