All Out Management interview questions

Odd. Just gave a presentation on how I'll be making money and that I will get a promotion within 4 months. It's 100% commission based so it screamed scam to me. Told me in the interview 95% of people don't get an offer and hey what do you know they called me up congratulating me on being in the lucky 5%.
