I applied thru linkedin and the Director of Engineering had posted the job so the interview process started with short get-to-know and a bit technical type question with the Director of Engineering. The second step, after you get selected is to do a code exercise which is typically time boxed for 2 hours. The goal is to get a feel about how you code. The third step was another short interview with the potential team. Going over the code exercise, questions around and outside the coding exercise is the expectation with the third step. Thats it. If you get selected, you will get either email and/or brief call with TW giving you the offer. The entire process took almost 2 weeks because we (now I can say that) like to do things FAST.
