Very informal, feels like they are trying to convince you more so than trying to see if you are a right fit for the job. Interviewer mentioned things from her personal life that didn't seem appropriate.

You start off being interviewed for what seems to be a good marketing and learning opportunity but end up being told to go knock on people’s doors asking for donations for non profit orgs… did not spark trust within me. Seems scammy

Interview
Interviewer took me to a bakery for the interview, excessively long interview process for no reason. Interviewer had a shadow which was awkward and unnecessary and unexpected. Seemed unprofessional and the pay and growth within the company was sketchy.
