Alani Nutrition interview questions

Four words to describe my experience interviewing with Alani Nutrition...Huge Waste of Time! A member of the Quality Assurance team reached out for an initial interview and we had a very pleasant conversation. I followed up with her a week or two later...only to be met with crickets. If I wasn’t right for the position that's okay, not everyone's going to be the perfect fit - but not sending a simple rejection email after I invested so much of my time interviewing and preparing is very rude to your candidates. It’s incredibly disrespectful to ghost people like that. During the pandemic, I thought we all learned a little something about treating human beings better! So this shows me that this is not a company that would be a considerate employer. So thank you for helping me dodge a major bullet. I can take time to find an actual good next step than rush into ANOTHER bad workplace culture and be stuck there!

A very calm and inviting recruiter , but professional . Overall great experience and its a two step interview process. The vibe was very cheerful and they seem to care about your personal goals as well.
