I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Akropolis in May 2021
Interview
The CEO and chief of staff took the interview.. Neither knew anything about product. However they were trying really hard to showcase that they knew by putting out buzzwords they had no idea about. They didnt turn on their cameras for the video interview which was a huge turnoff. They gave me a product analytics assignment. However, when I submitted it, they had no idea how to read it and understand th einsights. It was pretty evident that they didnt know anythign about the field but were judging based on some parameters that someone told them about

Question 1
Do you know about DeFi? Where are you based out of? Do you know how to do a cohort analysis?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Akropolis (Dubai) in May 2021
Interview
The whole process was quite unpleasant. The founder was directly interviewing me for the role via video call. She did not turn on her camera for the whole duration of the call and it was over in 10 minutes. She seemed very uninterested. She asked me to do cohort analysis on their token which I turned in within a week. Silence for 2 weeks till I followed up with them.
A member of her team who didn't seem to have any idea of product reached out to me asking me to do more analysis by stating that the analysis did not have any insights. I suspected that they were trying to get free work out of me under the guise of an 'interview". I sent in a response on how I would go about doing the analysis for further insights, without mentioning any new insights. Did not hear back from the team after that. The team did not even have the courtesy to send a rejection email after such a long drawn out process.
