I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ajency.in (Goas) in Sep 2021
Interview
Difficult questions are asked. And I got all nervous since every answer succeeded a ' why ' or cross question from interviewer. Apart from that it's been a good experience.
I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ajency.in (Panaji) in Mar 2019

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ajency.in (Tiswadi) in Jan 2017
Interview
The interview process started with a call from HR wherein she asked some basic questions. Post which I was invited for an interview in office. They were flexible with the interview schedule and made sure that the time/date agreed with my work timings at current workplace. The first round of interview was with the directors. I thoroughly enjoyed the process as it was more of a discussion and not like one of those Q&A type of interviews. At the end of the interview, the Director took me around the office and chatted a little about the work environment at Ajency.in. I had also gone through their website and social media accounts. At the end of the interview, I knew this is the team I want to be part of. I got a call back from the hiring manager that another candidate having more experience than me was selected for the position and they would reach out to me when they expand their team. Even though I was not selected for the position, they made sure that I was kept informed and not left hanging. I got a call again from them after a couple of months and the process resumed from there. They asked me to do a technical task from home, followed by which there was a round of final discussion with the director.
