-case scenarios relating to the customer service rep. agent position (Difficult situation, strengths/weaknesses)
-hiring process took longer due to multiple interviews (language tests, in person interview, over the phone)

Question 1
Passengers came to your check-in counter with an overweight carry on bag, what would you tell them and why?
The progress was lengthy. I had 2 interviews excluding the phone one. It took a while before I got a call back to get a response. The benefits seem nice though.
I passed 5 interviews (4 for each language}
The general one was long and they asked me some treaky questions.
At the end, they explained to me all about the position and they gave me the opportunity to asked them questions.
