I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Air Canada (Calgary, AB) in Oct 2016
Interview
1st call was very basic, just a confirmation of whats on your CV followed by an online exam aroubd an hour and then they'll give a schedule for linguistic test over the phone. It was just like normal conversation asking about your plans for the week, hobbies, type of music and some hypothetical questions. Next was the face to face interview, mostly about situations at work
The progress was lengthy. I had 2 interviews excluding the phone one. It took a while before I got a call back to get a response. The benefits seem nice though.
I passed 5 interviews (4 for each language}
The general one was long and they asked me some treaky questions.
At the end, they explained to me all about the position and they gave me the opportunity to asked them questions.
