Interview
I got a call from the recruiter and scheduled 1st round of interviews.
Later I got a take-home assignment and one week's time.
Post that it was round with the manager and director.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The questions were fairly simple related to Trees and basic algorithm techniques like memoization.
The technical skillset interview style was a little weird
The questions can be like
1) Describe factory pattern tell usages
2) What is polymorphism? Give an example
Around ten one-line questions like this covering a wide range of topics.
It was more like a college question paper than an engineering interview. I could not enjoy the interview at all.
Because of the wide range of questions, I could assess myself and i could land up with 3 different offers in the next 3 weeks. Because the interview process is more or less the same in all the companies.
Hence I strongly recommend giving an interview for Agoda., irrespective of the result.

Interview
Just classic leetcode interview like you would do years ago interviewrs are nice but the interview process is outdated. After the leetcode you get a generic software discussion interview but with no mantion of ai or anything like that at all.
2 round 1st is DSA one easy and one medium problem followed by hiring manager round where project discussion is going on where deep dive into the projects focus is majorly on the architecture
In interviews, generic logic questions test clear thinking, assumptions, and reasoning under pressure, not factual knowledge. Interviewers want to see how candidates approach problems and explain conclusions calmly and logically.
