Boss was the one who reached out to me for an interview. He is super manipulative and seem to only want to hire young girls into the company. Went down to the office for the interview only to have him tell me how my skillset did not align for the position but he still wants to find somewhere to 'fit me in'. Boss is very rude too, judged me based on my family and school background and berated me for not studying harder to get into a better school etc.

Don’t even bother considering to go for an interview there. They almost didn’t pay me for the “tests” (that was agreed on beforehand). They even took my idea and concept AFTER demeaning my worth as a designer (the final product is on the shelves now).
