I actually interviewed for 5 years with the company for various positions. You fill out an antiquated questionnaire talking about your career, experiences, etc. You then speak with the recruiter. He then set up a call with the hiring manager, who then had me interview with the VP. The job was sold as an easy account which has been anything but. They then had me interview by phone with the client. This was a panel interview. The whole process for this position was about 2 months.

Interviewed once with GM and was offered the job a week later.
