Interview
Starts with a phone interview with an internal recruiter who makes sure you are comfortable with the demanding work schedule and have an overall desire to eventually more into sales. From there they set individuals up with an in house interview with the Director and a couple senior level Managers. Lastly you are set up for an half day shadow that gives you a better idea of what the day to day operations look like.
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
