Interview
It was 3 rounds with two in person interviews. Both of the in person interviews were fairly brief lasting only about an hour each. One was with a representative from Aerotek and the other was with a hiring manager at the company they were contracting for.

Interview
Aerotek hires on college websites and career fairs. They will give you a call if they like your resume. Computer experience was necessary for me to get an interview. They will set up an inital interview with them to see if you are fit for a Visual Data Specialist postion at Google maps. It can also be arranged over Skype. Then, the next step is to interview with two google recruiters.
