I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aerotek (Oakland, CA) in Nov 2012
Interview
I reached out to Aerotek based on a job offer, and followed with a phone call two days later. The initial conversation was positive, and was followed by an onsite interview.
The interviewer was friendly, and well attuned to the needs of the client. She was capable of seeing the commonality between my previous industry of experience and the industry her client was operating in.

Question 1
Many specific questions around my experience in production and how it would be relevant to the needs of the end client.
Also asked a few - not many - questions about my objectives and personal aspirations.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Aerotek (Montreal, QC) in May 2022
Interview
I applied online for this position. A recruiter contacted me and connected me to the hiring manager. The recruiter was always late to give any feedback.
Eventually I was not offered a position after lots of delay. I applied for several other positions announced by other recruiters but everyone of them told me that those positions didn't exist at all!!!
In reality, since I had worked with one recruiter, I was not allowed to work with other recruiters and these recruiters refused to help me because they wouldn't profit from me. Strange and stupid business model run at Aerotek/Actalent/Aston Carter.
I applied online. I interviewed at Aerotek (Detroit, MI) in Mar 2021
Interview
Easy. They conducted entire interview on phone and spent time reviewing the resume in advance. It was easy to prepare and the questions were straight forward and made sense for the position.
The interview was rather brief. I as informed that the position that I was there to interview for was not a good fit an d I would be better suited for another position that is not yet available to fill.
