I went in for the interview and was immediately guided towards an open position. The interview was very laid back and the interviewer just wanted to get a feel for who I was and what company would be a good match for me.

quick easy process over the phone. He was easy to talk to and walked me through the role of the job, salary, and what to expect. He games about basic questions such as past experience and what were my roles in that job.

Describe a business process project you had to go through
Went over resume, provided advice, gave feedback asked questions about resume. Very personable! We went back amd forth by email. We then had a phone conversation and went of the interview then we set up a time to meet in person.
