Interview
Phone call from the internal recruiter covering the very basics about the interest in the position. During this call you will set up a more formal phone interview which will cover more of who you are as a person. You should be very specific about your answers. If all goes well they will invite you in for an in person interview. This in person interview in the office is in front of two of the account managers or higher ups. This one they will ask you more behavioral questions but really dissect your every answer. You really have to have your stuff down and put on a good sales presentation of yourself because they will grill you hard. After a day or so, if you made a good impression you will be called back and invited in for a “half day” where you shadow the recruiters there for a few hours.

Describe a time where you faced adversity and how you were able to overcome it?
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
