Interview
Internal recruiter was very pleasant and provided detailed information about the job. There was an informal and formal phone interview. She was very helpful in preparing me for what to expect in the follow up interview. interview availability was very flexible and was able to accommodate my schedule.

What made you interested in Aerotek? Why do you think you would be a good fit? What are some important things you need when considering a job offer? How does your previous experience help you with the position you are applying for?
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
