Interview
Hiring process took a while to kick off, but once it did it was very quickly. First step besides initial application was a phone screening. Following that you were set up with a Senior Internal Recruiter for a Skype Interview. If all went well, you were selected to come into the office to interview with the Director and an Account Manager. If selected to continue, you will come back for a Half day shadow where you will meet with the office and different divisions. Before shadow is over you will recap and interview with two different account managers. Offer was given and accepted later on that day.
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
