Interview
First the Internal recruiter contacts you and all they want to her is that you are motivated by money and that you are agressive.
Then they bring you for a face to face interview with 2 managers. they will ask Star method questions.
If you get past that point then they will bring you in for half day where you shadow a senior recruiter for a couple hours.
all this company wants to hear is that you are money motivated, competitive and aggressive.
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
