I interviewed at Aerospace Technology Institute (London, England)
Interview
I applied with CV and cover letter for the Technology and Strategy analyst. I had been invited for the interview by 2 rude people that did not provide any travel reimbursement costs for the interview. These persons asked me to do some homework at home. This homework consisted in preparing a presentation concerning the Short , Medium and Long term challenge of introducing hydrogen infrastructure in the UK. Before I was walking away from the site, the two interviewers were laughing between themselves after the end of the interview. I had been told that I would have waited maximum 2 weeks to receive the outcome of the interview. After 2 weeks I approached the HR that told me that after a couple of interviews they were still interviewing. After 4 weeks I rang again ATI HR and after they reached the interviewers I was told that despite I showed great technical skills my profile was not quite aligned with what they were looking for. I asked additional details but this were not provided. I would suggest to not waste your time with this organisation.
