Through university, we can select different companies. Contacted by AEPONYX to have an video interview, with the team leader and the technical leader. Then we have to rank the companies we want.
Fairly straightforward, gauging experience and fit for the role. Technical side wasn’t as heavy as anticipated but still aspects that required your input. Overall a fair & concise series of interviews.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aeponyx (Montreal, QC) in Oct 2019
Interview
In-person interview followed by phone call. First interview was mostly personality test and some technical questions, all from the design and test experience from academic research. Past experience of an industrial internship was appreciated. The second interview was a phone call by the VP engineering with an offer explaining the job details, terms and condition and salary negotiation.
