Interview
Initial recruiter interview. Next step Interview with manager over phone. Next interview with manager and two other team members. Then a practice test for script writing based on screens provided by manager. (Final Step - which I haven't got to yet) meeting with Upper Management for final interview.

Question 1
Lots of previous experience questions. Questions based on the ability to work on multiple projects. Limited application questions as it will be expected that a new employee will learn to utilize their application. One question that outstood was "what do you like better, writing scripts or testing?"
