First interview is with the CTO who interviews for technical and analytical skills, next round is with the CEO who focuses on your personality and fit to the company and teams.

I was requested to participate in three separate interviews, and was not selected. After which I did not receive any communication. I attempted to contact the company for any update and did not receive a response. A notification of the position being filled would have been greatly appreciated.
