I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Advanced Recruiting Partners in Jun 2021
Interview
I was interviewing for a Recruiting Coordinator position with one of their clients. The recruitment process was the type that gives recruiters bad names (I am a recruiter myself). The client interview was great. Getting to that point and afterwards, not so much. I was contacted by a recruiter on Linkedin about the position, and then later contacted by the sales manager to schedule the client interview. After confirming via phone, I reached out to the recruiter for additional details regarding the call, who I would be speaking with, etc. and never heard anything back. I had to follow up three times to get the name of the interviewer and then reached out afterwards to discuss the interview and never heard anything back. I also followed up to check the status of my candidacy and never heard anything. I am not sure how they are in business if that's how they treat their candidates.

Question 1
Tell me about your organizational systems, how you handle disagreements, etc.
I wouldn't interview again. They reached out to me, I'm not sure if I applied or not. We had a phone interview that ended in a template email. Kind of a waste of time with no follow up on their side.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Advanced Recruiting Partners (Raleigh, NC) in Feb 2019
Interview
1. Phone call with a recruiter to go over the day to day, expectations and culture.
2. Phone call with a senior BDM going over targeted accounts, working relationship and his process.
3. Interviewed in person with a Director of recruiting, a president and the 2 owners. Amazing people, asked questions around my experience and felt that were more so trying to pick up on personality. They were very attentive to my answers and really listened to my reasons for looking.
