I got an interview with them pretty quickly after applying on Indeed. Once I came in, they gave me forms to fill out and after that, a person named Alan took me to his office for the interview. He asked me roughly 2-3 questions and that was it. It was a 5-minute interview. He told me that Dr. Brian would be looking at the applications/resumes and picking who will go to the next round. I did not understand why Alan did the interviews when he isn't the one hiring as well as the interview being only 5-minutes. How is the hirer going to know who I am if we didn't even talk? I thought it was very unprofessional. The hirer is basically just going to pick by the resumes and the forms you filled out to his liking without even meeting the applicants. After Alan finished asking 2-3 questions, he just told me I would get a call a week later after Dr. Brian looks at all the applications. I can see why most of the reviews for this place says not to apply or accept interviews. I mainly went to gain interview experience, but I didn't gain anything but a waste of time.
