The owner Shahid Hussein reached out to me regarding my resume on craigslist stating he was interested in my background and experience selling to defense contractors and the IT Industry. In short he offered me a position with a really low base pay and commission structure. As a former sales manager with 20 years experience hiring professional sales people I know it was entry level pay for someone brand new to sales. And in all honesty he came across like someone who was just trolling job posting boards looking to get something for nothing and to take advantage of someone. When I countered his offer and let him know I had received other offers from competitors in his industry at twice of what he was willing to pay and presented him with what I believe was a fair compensation plan for what he wanted me to achieve he told me he just hired someone with the same credentials I had which I find very hard to believe since the evening before he was doing everything possible to get me to take his positon at a very low wage ? What a waste of time.
