The interview process can vary as per my understanding, it is usually 2 rounds 1st one being HR round and second one technical round, HR round is general fit and your motivation for the application and for technical round. I think focus is more on accounting knowledge

2 steps interview: introductory interview with classical motivational and basic knowledge, and more technical interview assessing the skillset. The interviewers tend to make you confortable and the process is pretry smooth.
