I completely agree with other reviewers who have indicated that this company is unreliable and unprofessional in their interview processes. I applied online and was contacted by Talent Acquisition to set up a 30 minute intro phone call. The interview questions were basic "getting to know you" things...tell me about your background, why do you want to work for AdHoc, are you OK with this compensation, etc.? Before the call ended, I was told that they wanted to move me to the next round, which would be two 45-minute interviews with product team members and I received an email shortly afterwards to provide my availability for scheduling those. After submitting two weeks worth of availability as was requested and holding times on my calendar, I was then ghosted, with interviews never scheduled and no reply when I emailed Talent Acquisition to ask about the status of scheduling. For job-seekers who are trying to manage multiple interview processes, it is incredibly difficult to make blocks of time available 2 weeks ahead of time and then try to KEEP that time free, waiting for things to be scheduled. Unless you are really not doing anything else with your time, I would avoid.
