1) Phone interview with a director. 2) Tests at home. One personality test and one logical test. Approximately 1 hour total. 3) Interview with parthers and recruiter. First 1½ hours standard job interview with partners, a director and a recruiter. Then 1 hour interview with only the recruiter, where I recieved feedback on the tests and information on the company as a work place.
