Interview
I got a call from the hiring manager and, after a 20 minute long phone screen, was scheduled for an interview at head office. I was escorted into the board room where I was interviewed by the Regional Manager and the hiring manager. After the interview I was told they would get back to me with an update and I received an email from them within 48 hrs offering me the job.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Active Energy (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2016
Interview
The job title was falsely advertised as a BDM position, and it turned out to be a call centre agent.
The interviewer was also very impatient and reacted unprofessionally when I inquired about the reason behind the company's poor rating & reviews.
Moreover, the job description posted online mismatched the real job tasks the interviewer has described during the interview, which gave me a feeling that something is not right.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Active Energy (Scarborough, ON) in Apr 2016
Interview
Applied online got call next day from another office agreed in face to face interview. Then got call from another individual will requesting me to come in face to face and she suggested the person who called works for her. She invited me for interview another location. First of all the entire process, communication, attitude behaviour was shady. And when I agreed to go meet at other location was told will meet two other people no one was there this woman herself wasn't available in time to meet with me... Anyway she offered me commission only position and talked about all lies that she could. Also I later found out the call I original got from is all together different office owned and operated differently. Extremely horrible experience waste of time energy and efforts
