Interview process felt quite mismatched with the job description. The role was presented as a Business Development position, but the interview focused heavily on legal and accounting knowledge that was not mentioned beforehand. The interviewer also came across as quite negative and dismissive toward candidates without direct industry experience. Clearer expectations during screening would help avoid wasting candidates’ time.
