I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Accenture
Interview
I was called randomly by an Accenture recruiter, asking me if I was interested in their Telecom Expense Associate position. I decided to check it out (I'm finishing undergraduate and am very open to employment opportunities), so they scheduled an "interview" for me at 1:30pm.
I got to the recruitment office on the day of the interview, and it was a whole room of people applying to various positions.
I filled up an application form, waited 40 minutes to get called on to take the 2-hour computerized language and programming aptitude tests, and was asked to wait again for the oral communication test. I waited for the results of the oral test, and by that time, it was 5:30pm already.
I was scheduled for an HR interview the week after. On the day of the HR interview, I was made to wait again. The interview was very unprofessional and short. They asked more about how amenable I was to work overtime than about my experiences.
Since I have yet to graduate, they put my application on hold. They said I could just walk into the recruitment center to resume my application process when I was ready to work already.
