I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Singapore) in Feb 2019
Interview
The recruiting agency contacted me regarding a project manager role. They sent my CV to Accenture and Accenture asked me to take an online personality test.
After that I was called for a face to face interview. The interview was around 1 hour and was by the hiring manager.
The HR round was the first one - Asked about Why I want to join a tech firm and where do I see myself in next 5 years. What are some of your strengths and weaknesses?
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Noida) in Oct 2025
Interview
Very long and confusing. Too many irrelevant questions. The interviewer seems to be from a totally different domain. Had multiple rounds stretched to 4 weeks. Not friendly at all. There is significant scope for improvement in the process.
