Absorb Software Operations Manager interview questions

I only completed the phone screen, but didn't feel like I was "welcome" in the interview. The interviewer mentioned they were on a tight schedule and was in a rush. Some questions were not asked, and the interviewer admittedly answered them by saying "I'll just tell you instead of asking you this question". I reviewed some of the initiatives and accomplishments I had at my current role that were closely related, and during the following question, I was re-asked about the intiatives I had just described. It was an interesting interaction.
