Abis Studio interview questions

I sent my CV several times and after a while they called me and asked if i can come visit them so they can show me around. On that day we just talked about myself, people were very nice. They asked if i can come in the next day and they gave me tasks to do which were necessary in the project they were working at that time. There was no test, i just showed up and started working. I noticed they do this with all their employees. I think that is a good thing. Although they don't talk to you at first about contracts or salary. They just tell you to work for like a week until they bring that up and say that you will be paid for that.
