virtual interview with supervisor. If accepted, then move to second interview with owner of company. mostly discussed about myself and "who I am". Interview was focused more on my personality and life than qualifications.

They are a bit old school and will have you fill out a paper application before your interview. Definitely show up a little early. It was one of the easiest interviews I have ever done. Be prepared and they love if you are actually interested in helping individuals with disabilities and making a difference.
