Interview
Talk to the founders and scientists about lab work. Introduced to lab process and current research. Introduced to technician work. Toured the facility at Emeryville. They don't expect you to have profound knowledge but they look for long time commitment.
It was difficult however rewarrding. Over time it became more hard and difficult. However I liked it. They didnt call me back more htan three times, although the foruth time was annoying.
