The first stage of the hiring process was an initial resume check followed by a phone call. After a successful interview call I met in person with one of the executives at Aavri. He explained in detail the role, as well as their expectations. The interview process was quick and very clear. The last stage of their interview process was a final interview with two more executives to further explain my experience.
I like that everything went pretty smooth and they were able to accommodate a flexible start date to start my new role.
