I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at AT&T (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2024
Interview
The interview process wasn't bad. The only negative part was not responding to me when they said they would follow up. Not being able to contact anyone in the program for answers till months later. Waited for months and ended up not taking the job because of the poor management and sour attitudes from the supervisors.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Dallas-Fort Worth)
Interview
First round was with a recruiter a the final was with a manager in my area, although the final round got rescheduled four times. I would recommend going over the sales pipeline and consultative sales for these interviews.

Interview
Straightforward process. It was three rounds. The first was an online assessment, second was a recruiter screening, and the third was an interview with a hiring manager where you had to essentially sell yourself via presentation.
