I have been working at AT&T (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Pay, Healthcare, discounts, co workers, stabillity

    Cons

DirecTv satellite installs, not a lot of open positions within company

    Advice to Management

Make DTV a separate dept, ramp up fiber deployment so customers can have the choice between uverse and dtv, make satellite w/ internet jobs a dual dispatch so techs arent at a customers home for all day. Also, bring back full size vans, it is near impossible to stock dtv and uverse equipment in a small transit van, narrow dtv cpe to a couple of models, there are too many different dvrs and clients models

Resolving different issues with different resolutions.
