    Pros

    Great global company to work for. Great benefits and great education for all employees to partake in to assist with our roles.

    Cons

    Not impressed that so many jobs are being sent offshore.

    Great teamwork atmosphere working with others from all over the world

    Sometimes Head office USA was not in the Loop with the Canadian Office

    Pros

    - Cut you slack every now and then
    - Steady work with overtime
    - Think of creative stories to sell and laugh about it later (doesn't have to be 100% true)
    - Brain exercise, keeps you on your feet and thinking. As opposed to mundane jobs
    - Good if you like to talk
    - Help out nice old ladies, they are always the best

    Cons

    - Lie, Lie, and if all else fails LIE again. E.g. Customer: " Are you in the States right now?" Agent (with one months training): "Yes."
    - Deal with customers that aren't polite as Canadians. ( Talking from others experience and mine working for another 3rd party contractor in telecommunications in the same city). Sorry EH!
    - Lie to old ladies
    - Boiler Room sales tactics
    - Being part of an unethical system so a giant corporation can save a few single digit percentage points in profit

    Advice to Management

    You can tell your representatives to say "We are south of Detroit". It's not lying because Windsor Ontario is south of Detroit. But still it's misleading.

    Employees are very knowledgeable and great to work with,

    Cons

    Too much turnover in business decisions which results in jobs being migrated to oversees.

    Advice to Management

    You can always use your employees in other facets, you can simply relocate them to another part of the business without dismissing them.

    It was good job if you like talk on phone

    Cons

    costumer were not help full at all , they where some time very rod . to much information to gather about the product .

    there management should work on helping the new employee and guide them till they are good in there job.

    Everything as expected, nothing major that was good here... I mean, free phone upgrades & data is wonderful...

    Cons

    Meh, nothing much to be annoyed about aside from middle management but thats everywhere

    Advice to Management

    I cant say, you keep doing you & maybe people will like you? Meh...
