Interview
Lame, redundant, boring, mgr clearly hates their job, store was run down and trashed. Employees looked depressed and miserable. They seemed desperate during the interview but after hired don’t seem to appreciate employees at all.
2 zoom interviews, was supposed to be a third but got offer after second. Interviewers were young but seemed knowledgeable, kept talking about promotion potential. Also talked about team building activities such as minigolf.
The interview was quick. And the questions were easy and simple. It was me and two other people so not intimidating. I was offered a job. Interview questions did not require much thinking. Bring in a résumé it will help guide.
