Submitted application through friend who arranged a phone interview to review skills, demeanor, and ability to troubleshoot possible scenarios. The interviewer was less interested in skills and more interested in the ability to look a problem and to puzzle out possible solutions or workarounds and how to communicate the process to others on the team as well as to the customers.
