First assessment, then video interview. In this portion you don't speak to a person, questions appear on the screen and you record a clip of yourself answering each question , lastly in person interview.

Tell me about a time you were dealing with a difficult person, what did you do to resolve the situation.
Very easy and open question and easy to understand what they are wanting in their company and what their value is. They haven’t called back in a few days to let you know anything
First is to complete the online Assessment. Second, I have a phone to answer a few questions over the phone for a Phone Screening I got a link to answer questions for the Virtual Interview Got scheduled to in-store interview.
Phone interview, then zoom interview and then in person. The phone interview was really short. The zoom call didn’t really feel professional. The in person interview was just a store tour with the manager.
