      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T in Mar 2018

      Interview

Research Research Research! If you are reading this you are in the right place! Glassdoor interview tab was my secret weapon through the entire process (Read all these interview questions and just have an answer!) First I received a video to watch and prepare for my video interview, Take notes, they will ask questions about it.. (What really stood out to you? etc ...) Next was my video interview with a recruiter, just be yourself. Many of their managers went through the program so know they once sat in your seat. The next step was to do a role play assessment, you have 30 minutes to study (Write down each person and a couple bullets of what their situation is so when you hear the name you can pull it out and Boom!) You are going to get a call from a "new customer" and an "irate" customer.. I really didn't know what to say to the irate customer because you can't really do anything about it but I explained the situation to them and was apologetic, I was also a little creative and threw in that I would be speaking to my manager about their issue to get them further assistance lol After the role play I was asked to create a powerpoint presentation to market myself to a sales manager via video interview. IF you usually keep tabs up with presentation notes to keep you on track, pull out your IPAD cause you will be sharing your computer screen. Luckily, If you make it passed that stage YOU GET AN OFFER ! *contingent upon background check and drug test* .. *Disclaimer* I am not a drug user but I am going to include this because I know most applicants are recent college graduates.. If you don't fill out the background check form within 48 hours, they will reset it and your drug test will go from urine sample to hair follicle test! Best of luck ..
