Solid interview with HR, and a rigorous testing program…but did not get any feedback or contact from company afterward. Disappointed that they wanted to interview but then ghosted me and didn’t response to multiple attempts to follow up.

Question 1
What leadership experience in product development or sales can you relate?
Phone screen with HR, phone screen with direct manager, onsite with team.
Interview process was standard and typical of most corporate jobs.
Standard questions for HR screening, onsite was conducted mainly by peers on the team I joined.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AMETEK Rotron (Woodstock, NY) in Oct 2022
Interview
After being screened by a recruiter I talked to their hiring manager which returned to the recruiter with high praise. Following that was an in person interview with several groups. And then a tour. The final step was a 1 hour phone call with a department head.
