Positive. My interviewer focused on questions that were focused on my attitudes and values, and future aspirations. Not once did I feel uncomfortable as the follow up questions came from a place on genuine interest.

The interview was quite conversational. Normal questions that were not difficult to answer. Basically they asked about your work experience based on your resume and followed some behaviour questions in the interview process.

Interview
The process was very long and thorough. There were two phone interviews which lasted about thirty minutes each. The interview was a panel interview which had Human Resources, Production Managers, Plant Managers and other supervisors asking various questions on work history and situational questions.
