Long conversation with the management where I was asked about my previous work and somehow life experiences. Very focused on attitude rather than specific skills. Half of the time was the interviewers were speaking between themselves.

Interview was done in a conference Room and they asked questions about my work experience mostly - technical, BD experience, presentation experience etc. Emphasized long hours and data entry. Told me they get their data from wikipedia and google and not from the actual customers themselves. Doesn't seem to be worth anything if I'm being honest. That was my first red flag. The second was when I mentioned that there was likely travel and I'd be ok with it they all looked at each other and based on the facial expressions they said, "should we tell him that's not true?" And continued on. The final red flag was when I got walked out the interviewer mentioned a high turnover rate and low pay. And he told me this away from everybody, not in front of the other interviewers. Got an offer the following day and found this website and looked closer. I'm glad I did as it mirrored the interview. I even calibrated glassdoor with my previous company and the reviews seemed fair so I decided to trust it. I decided to stick to the current job I had. Those interviewing me though were nice people. The contract they offered me was a joke. Non-compete for an entry level analyst job? Really? Ridiculous leave/sick/holiday options. It's understandable to have some mandatory leave during xmas but not three weeks. Pay was low for Sydney. No relocation assistance offered.
