ALC Education interview questions

The hiring process started with a phone interview for basic qualifications and job description. This included discussion about the need to move and the possibility of a quick start, if the job was offered. Then it was followed up by a face to face interview for job experience, understanding and lesson role play. The interviewer asked about my experience with adults, business English, and my abilities with intensive courses. The lesson was a sho demo with preparation time. Then there was a follow up interview for general disposition and company match with a senior manager. This was to check my attitude towards teaching, my general willingness to engage in constructive review, etc.
